Your new role
You deliver people management strategies which support the business area objectives. Identify HR priorities and recommend appropriate people management solutions which support business aims, in addition to providing a customer-focused HR service. This post is spent c60% on ER/case work. TUPE and union experience preferred. Based in Cheltenham ideally and will to travel to other sites.
What you'll need
We will consider Senior HR Advisors with a proven track record and ready to step up into the HR BP post. Must be willing to travel some days per week. Graduate calibre, CIPD preferred * Proven track record of operating as an HRBP for a similar customer group. * Broad HR generalist experience with the ability to coach Managers on areas such as resourcing, performance management and L&D * Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with employees at all levels within the organisation. * Experience of implementing Company initiatives, leading change projects and Organisational Development * Personally, credible with the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationship * Negotiation skills * Up to date employment law knowledge
