I am working exclusively with a global investment firm that are require an experienced HR Operations expert to join their boutique HR team to specialise in their policy & processes. This is a new role that reports directly with the HR Director & works closely with the Director of HR Operations (US based).
Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact in the UK for the year-end compensation processes for people managers, managing data validation, drafting paperwork, conducting final round checks and delivering numbers where appropriate
- Work with the business to create additional workflows linked to performance management
- Preparing regular management information as agreed with the HRD for discussion at Board to determine strategy.
- Assume responsibility for all aspects of the effective administration of the firm's employee benefits liaising with the firm's external benefits consultants
- Undertake the client relationship management of our providers in the delivery of the annual risk benefits renewal cycle
- Supports the department to analyse, develop, execute, and evaluate training projects and other activities for performance improvement to prepare employees to reach the business plan objectives
- Support HR Director in planning and managing strategies that promote and encourage a preferred employer working environment, by recommending HR policies and procedures
- Responsible for HR report/data generation (where applicable) to support with trend analysis and HR dashboard metrics
- Undertake the management of the Office Manager to ensure all policy & procedures are adhered to throughout the organisation
Skills:
- Strong HR Operational experience, preferably within a Financial Services firm
- Keen interest and knowledge in systems and process improvement
- Have at least 3 years' experience operating as an HR operations/ projects manager already so that you can make an impact immediately
- Team player
- Open, inquisitive and facilitative
