ER Manager role, c. 12 months FTC up to £50k + benefits and flexible working

Client Details

The client is a large organsiation based in Staffordshire

Description

As ER Manager, you will be responsible for;

  • Managing a small team of ER advisors
  • Responsible for effective running of ER function, ensuring all cases are handled sensitively and in line with best practice.
  • Expert in Employment Law and providing up to date and accurate information to line managers
  • KPI reporting
  • Support Senior Management in reducing and managing absence from the business

Profile

The successful candidate will;

* Be minimum CIPD L5 qualified
* Proven track record Employee Relations and Employment Law
* Worked in large, fast paced and complex organisation
* Excellent communicator and able to build strong working relationships
