Senior HR Generalist

Your new company
This growing organisation based in central Birmingham have been very busy lately and due to this need support in the HR team for two new roles. They are looking for candidates who have worked in varied HR roles previously and have exposure to all areas of HR. They are currently remote working and this role will only require very occasional travel to central Birmingham.
Your new role
Within this role you will be dealing with all areas of HR including recruitment, dealing with right to work, learning, development and dealing with stakeholders across the business. You will be involved in projects, strategies and all systems administration.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will ideally need to be highly experienced in generalist HR roles previously. You will have worked in various complex and demanding HR roles before, ideally you will have experience with excel and be willing to get stuck in to all areas of HR. They need someone who is flexible and willing to assist the team as and when needed.
