Talent Acquisition Partner
Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner for a Global Technology business, head quartered in Central London.

The role will sit within a small team of TA's, responsible for placing sales positions (Enterprise, Account Managers, Sales Engineers and Customer Success) as well as Professional Services based roles to support the Consultancy side of the business.
You will be focused on the EMEA region and manage c.15-25 roles at any one time.
Stakeholder Management will be a key aspect to this role, the HR and Recruitment team pride themselves on their customer service. You will not be operating as a 'bums on seats' jobs filler, rather a Consultative TA, offering a wide scope of solutions, delivering quality to first time Managers all the way up to Senior Leaders within the business.
You will already have experience within an In-house Recruitment function or RPO/IT Vendor, ideally recruiting sales and/or Professional Services positions. If you have experience with Tech roles too, all the better! International Experience is also a bonus.
Salary up to £50,000 + RSU and benefits.
