Global Payroll Lead - £50k to £60k + Bonus - City

A leading Investment firm based in the City are looking for an experienced Global Payroll Lead for their global

payroll offering.

Reporting into the Head of HR this role will manage a number of EMEA & APAC payrolls and be the subject matter expert and main point of contact for all questions and queries.

The role:

  • You will be main point of contact for all payroll questions and queries across the UK, EMEA and APAC landscape
  • You be manage the payrolls and have close contact with the Vendor making sure that the service levels received are in line with SLA's
  • You will close liaison with HR, Reward, Finance and IT plus external third party providers
  • You will run, drive and own this payroll offering outright and report direcrtly into the Head of HR
  • You will take responsibillity for the month end process including: Reconciliations, Journals and the GL
  • You will be looking at ways to constantly improve the payroll customer service experience by implementing and streamling systems and procedures


  • Must have EMEA and APAC payroll experience
  • Must have ownership experience of a payroll offering across EMEA & APAC
  • Strong Vendor Management experience
  • Strong Excel
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Worked on complex payrolls
  • Excellent communication skill set internal and external
