Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with a leading FMCG who are looking to add to their busy recruitment function. As Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for the hiring and onboarding of the hourly paid Operatives at theDistribution Centre in Nuneaton and ensuring the client has have a strong permanent workforce.

What you will be doing:
Source, recruit and select internal and external candidates for our hourly paid Operational roles (Warehouse & Production workers) to support our growth goals
Work with the management team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs for these roles
Create the job descriptions and advertise the roles
Be responsible for our Temp to Perm programme where you will recruit the best people from our on site temporary recruitment agency
Ensure our ATS is well managed and up to date
Work on streamlining recruitment processes to ensure positive candidate experience
Be responsible for our onboarding process: preparing employment contracts and new starter paperwork, completing new starter profiles and facilitating our Induction days
Use recruitment data to understand the most successful channels to hiring, forecast the number of hires to the number of people contacted and report on recruitment KPI progress
Support with the recruitment strategy for our Banbury Distribution Centre

Who you are:
A natural “people person” with great communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with a can-do attitude, and confident working with stakeholders on all levels
Have a strong eye for detail
Successful direct sales / telesales experience or volume recruitment experience

Be able to take on ownership and act autonomously
Be target driven
Be an expert communicator with high emotional intelligence and patience
Be confident with picking up the phone and speaking to a variety of people on a daily basis 
Confident and comfortable in making a high volume of proactive, positive phone calls
Have strong organizational skills, be able to handle multiple tasks at once
Be IT savvy, professional skills with the entire Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
Be Fluent in English (any other languages being a plus)
