Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a well-renowned charitable organisation on their search for a Senior HR Advisor on a Permanent basis.

About you
To be considered for this role you must have a strong generalist background in HR, experience ideally from a charity or not for profit sector.

Skills/Experience –
·Generalist HR
·ER Case Management - complex cases
·Excellent up to date knowledge of UK employment laws.
·Diversity and Inclusion experience
·Strong HRIS experience
·Able to develop effective working relationships with stakeholder at all levels within an organisation.

About the role
Working within a small team of HR professionals to provide them an efficient HR Advisory service, taking ownership of any escalated ER cases as well as providing support to the rest of the HR team.

This role is responsible for ensuring a consistent, accurate and professional service and will take lead responsibility for Diversity and Inclusion as well as the effective use of the HRIS and the HR Team’s processes.
