A permanent Talent Acquisition Partner opportunity reporting to the UK Talent Acquisition Manager.. This role is responsible for the end to end recruitment lifecycle, partnering with the senior business leaders to gain strong understanding of their requirements. The successful candidate will be used to working a range of roles at varying levels of seniority.
Our client is looking for a TA Partner who has proven experience working across multiple industries in the UK and an individual who has proven career history recruiting difficult and challenging job openings. The successful candidate will need to have proven team management experience
Experience of individual:
- Proven background to both source and attract diverse candidates
- Possess excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence a stakeholder group
This role will report to the TA lead and will require support on group wide improvement processes such as Workday optimisation and delivery of candidate management experiences.
