HR Business Partner

Ashley Kate are working alongside an Legal firm on their search for a HR Business Partner.

Our client is growing rapidly and requires a HR Business Partner to come and join them on a permanent basis, at their Sheffield office, with some travel to other sites (some home working too).

This role will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service to their client group within the region. This client offers a chance to work for a fast moving, forward thinking international business. With a friendly, fun and a fantastic people culture.

The role:
·Partnering key stakeholders within their business division in the design and delivery of their people plan
·Lead on projects and implementation of HR initiatives
·Delivery of Talent plan and succession planning
·Provide expert guidance in HR Matters
·Manage a range of complex ER situations
·Drive continuous improvements within your business division
·Contribute as part of a wider Business Partnering team, acting as HR Lead in your business division
·Lead a small team of HR Advisors, mentoring and supporting their development

About you:
You must have proven strategic HR Business Partnering experience from a professional services background, with a commercial and pragmatic approach to HR and business solutions.

Ideally you will have experience in implementing a HRIS, as well as other key HR project work. You will be a strong leader with the ability to build relationships at all levels, influence, coach and build trust!
