Medical HR Team Leader, 12m FTC, in Exeter 2dpw & from home 3dpw, £24,907 - £30,615pa

Your new company
A large Public Sector company in Exeter is looking for a hardworking, knowledgeable, and experienced Medical HR Team Leader.

Your new role
You will ideally be an experienced Medical HR professional, working with senior stakeholders. You will have experience of job planning and changing T&C's. you will provide guidance and support on complex queries. You will have excellent stakeholder skills required up to Director level. You will support recruitment needs and processes for specialist medical roles (60% of role). You will have experience of staff rota's, manage and support 5 HR professionals. You will be based in the office on the outskirts of Exeter 2dpw and at home 3dpw.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have HR Medical & ESR experience, have at least L5 CIPD qualification and have excellent communication skills. You will need to have experience of managing colleagues and supporting their development. You will need to be a reliable, hardworking and confidant individual. Experience of working in a large fast paced environment.
