Your new role
Working as a stand alone HR Manager supporting a workforce of around 100 you will be responsible for the full employee life-cycle. You will work closely with line managers to support them with their people plans, including recruitment, identifying internal talent and retention. As the main contact for HR you will also lead on any ER casework and coach line managers through the process. With strong growth plans over the next couple of years, they are also looking for someone that can help them review things like benefits packages, contracts and training and development.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an established HR professional who has experience of the full employee life cycle and is able to support line managers through HR process. Experience within a SME business would be advantageous, but not essential. This role will be site based in Worcester, with the option to work 1 day a week from home.
