Your new company
Hays is delighted to working in partnership with a public sector organisation to support with the recruitment of an interim Learning and Development Advisor. This organisation is seen as an employer of choice with Hays successful placing a number of candidates who have provided excellent feedback.
Your new role
The successful candidate will assist and support with taking a fresh look at the L&D offering. You will have experience in procuring, scheduling and implementing L&D with previous employers. The role will wok in partnership with the current L&D professional and support with accelerating both the quality and the delivery. The provision will primarily focus on soft skills however will work closely with technical in house trainers.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experiences L&D Advisor or consultant who is passionate about delivering a comprehensive L&D programme. You will be comfortable working in a collaborative way to deliver key projects covering a range of topics to support employees in the covid and post covid era. The business continually reviews and improves their equality, inclusion and diversity learning and is open to fresh ideas and improvements.
What you'll get in return
The role will last approximately three months while a review of the services is conducted. The outcome could see a potential extension or permanent role created. The opportunity to work with forward thinking colleagues who are genuinely passionate about learning and development and supported by the Head of HR who believes it is a core part of the successful operation of the organisation.
The business is keen to secure the right candidate irrespective of location. Offering a salary of between £33-37k with 36.25 hour working week.
