HR Business Partner Shrewsbury £35,000 Per Annum

Our client is a commercial organisation based in Shrewsbury who are looking to add a HR Business Partner to the business due to expansion. To be considered for this role you will be CIPD qualified or possess proven previous experience as a HR Business Partner and be comfortable building relationships with and influence all levels of employees including leadership level of organisation.
Your new role
In your new position your main roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage projects and tasks in varying HR areas such as HR digitisation, process improvement projects, GDPR, and others.
- Support change management activities as and when required
- Work closely with the Recruitment team and customer group to monitor progress and service, escalating issues promptly to the Head of HR Operations.
- Support job design and bench marking, working with the managers to establish appropriate role levels and pay bands. Ensuring consistency and parity internally and to external market.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role will ultimately lead to your success. Fifty percent of your time in the transformed model would be spent working with the Head of HR in aligning HR strategies with business initiatives, delivering programmatic content, and supporting operations. The other portion of your time would be spent leading on complex case management and supporting, coaching and developing the HR Officer in preparation for their transformation to Associate HR Business Partner.
What you'll get in return
This role is office based and the successful candidate will be required to travel to site five days a week. The salary for this role is £35,000 Per Annum, the annual leave package is competitive and onsite parking is available.
