Your new role
An exciting opportunity for a permanent HR BP, within a well known, leading, global brand in Milton Keynes. You will be part of a small HR and busy HR team. This role will suit you if you enjoy a true generalist, hands-on operational role as well as strategic HR duties.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing complex ER issues from end-end.
Coaching managers on HR best practice.
Supporting with the recruitment and selection process.
Annual cyclical processes, salary reviews, bonus planning and benefit renewals.
Managing succession planning and talent management.
Supporting the Head of HR with cultural change and employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
You will either have experience as an HR BP, who covers both hands on operational HR duties, as well as strategic HR duties, or you will have experience as a Senior HR Advisor, looking to take that step up to HR BP role and may have some involvement with strategic HR projects. You will ideally have experience within a global matrix organisation, experience in a blue collar environment would also be useful. You will ideally be qualified to level 7 of the CIPD or equivalent.
