Your new role
A great interim opportunity for an HR BP, (3 months could go on longer, will consider FTC or on a time sheet basis) within a busy HR team. You will be responsible for both hands-on operational duties and managing HR change projects.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing complex ER cases
Partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders
Managing restructures, redundancy and possibly TUPE
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience at HR BP level within the NHS.
You must be able to start with no more than 1 weeks notice
You must have experience managing redundancies and TUPE from end-end,
What you'll get in return
