Ashley Kate UK are pleased to be supporting our Logistics client in Huddersfield who are looking for a new Payroll Administrator to join their Payroll Team during this busy time.
The new permanent Payroll Administrator will report to the Payroll Manager and duties will include;
·General payroll administration including administering the time and attendance system, vetting incoming data for correct authorisation.
·Performing all activities necessary to process payroll, including liaising with payroll provider, maintaining related records, collating HR data required by the Finance department and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
·Investigating and resolving payroll queries from both field and payroll provider.
·Keeping contract summary master documents up to date with changes to agreements.
·Recording and monitoring of holidays – ensuring information on our HR system is kept up-to-date.
The Payroll Administrator will need;
·In house payroll processing skills
·Experience of working autonomously / without close supervision
·Excellent organisation skills
·Confident in MS Excel
·Minimum of 1 year payroll experience (Essential)
·Understanding of calculating gross to net
·HR administration experience (Desirable) to support admin outside of payroll
The roles offers a salary of £21,000 full time, Monday to Friday 9am till 5.30pm with a one hour lunch break
