Learning and Development Support Officer (LMS)

Your new company

I am currently supporting a Public Sector organisation based in North London to hire a Learning and Development Support Officer (LMS) on a 18 month Fixed Term Contract who will be assisting the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS). The role sits within the Workforce Development Team and will provide project support to range of Project Managers within the team.

Your new role

The successful candidate will have an 18-month fixed term contract to support and help maintain organisation's learning platform and deal with all technical aspects, including IT security, running reports as well as contributing to the design and development of content and driving up engagement and usage. A key part of the role will be to support the migration of data, records and learning materials to and from the council's learning system and liaison with course participants.

What you'll need to succeed

• An understanding and some experience of learning and development would be an advantage
• IT Skills to successfully monitor course attendance and promotion of learning events and upload content
• Data analysis skills to run and organise reports on attendance, evaluation results and learning impact an understanding of learning technologies and social media to enable the successful candidate to promote courses and events on several different IT platforms
• Ability to work under pressure to meet a variety of deadlines.
  

What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available, however successful candidate will be expected to work from the office at least 2 days a week when restrictions are lifted.
