Your new role
In your new role, you'll be working closely with the HR Director, responsible for delivering and developing company HR strategy and policy, providing advice and guidance around employee relations issues and employment law. Furthermore, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, managing employee records in line with GDPR, producing and reporting on HR metrics and liaising with Compensation & Benefits to ensure pay changes are implemented accurately.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll be a successful HRBP, with proven stakeholder management skills and will have secured your CIPD 5/7. You'll have a strong understanding of employment law and experience managing varying complexity ER cases. Additionally you'll be a good communicator and have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skill.
What you'll get in return
In return, you'll receive a competitive salary up to £45k (DOE).
