Your new role
In your new HR Advisor role, you'll be reporting into and working closely with the HR Manager, responsible for delivering a proactive, efficient and high-quality service to fee-earning and business function client groups. You'll be managing and delivering all generalist HR processes including the employee lifecycle, employee relations, performance management, policy and processes and project-based work.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll have a strong HR generalist background and be looking to step up into an Advisory position. Ideally you'll have secured your CIPD 5 (or higher) and have experience in the professional services industry.
