I have partnered with a world-renowned Financial Services in their search for a permanent Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy & proactive recruitment function. This role is ideal for a graduate with 6 months - 1 year experience within an administrational based role.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with candidates & recruitment agencies to organise all interviews
- Booking meeting rooms, catering & requesting interview feedback
- Managing and maintaining the careers page
- Superuser for the ATS to ensure a smooth recruitment process for each candidate
- Onboarding and coordinating temporary and contract workers
Skills:
- Degree educated
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, organisational & time-management skills
- Self-motivated
