I have partnered with a world-renowned Financial Services in their search for a permanent Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy & proactive recruitment function. This role is ideal for a graduate with 6 months - 1 year experience within an administrational based role.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with candidates & recruitment agencies to organise all interviews
  • Booking meeting rooms, catering & requesting interview feedback
  • Managing and maintaining the careers page
  • Superuser for the ATS to ensure a smooth recruitment process for each candidate
  • Onboarding and coordinating temporary and contract workers

Skills:

  • Degree educated
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, organisational & time-management skills
  • Self-motivated
