Talent Development and Engagement Advisor

Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit for a Talent Engagement and Development Advisor role. This is a permanent role based near Park Royal with a salary of c£30k.

Reporting into the HR Director, the role will play a key part in the Recruitment and L&D activities. Responsible for managing the talent acquisition and recruitment processes, manually and through the ATS system. The purpose of the role is to provide flexible and responsive support across all areas of the company and meet recruitment and on-boarding requirements in a timely manner.


Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

·Manage and lead on recruitment and on boarding. Including job advertisement, interview scheduling, candidate short listing and the new starters process administration. The role will also be involved with induction management and delivery, on boarding and probation monitoring.
·Ensure new starters documentation is gathered and recorded for payroll and cross functional processing as required.
·Ensure HRIS data is in-putted effectively and audited regularly to ensure accuracy of record keeping at all times.
·Active involvement and contribution to the planning and implementation of a Learning Management System.
·With the HR Director, work with managers to identify their key team members who have succession potential and should have this enabled through provision of a bespoke development plan.


We are looking for:

·Strong experience managing internal recruitment needs autonomously.
·Strong experience managing on boarding, new starters and leaver processes.
·Proven experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
·Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified.
·Experience in Learning and Development processes and system management.


This is a fantastic opportunity to manage the recruitment function and also have an active involvement with Learning and Development.
