I am partnering with a global Investment Management firm to recruit for a Senior Compensation Specialist role with a focus on the implementation and management of UK and European regulations.

Reporting into the Head of Compensation and the broader Compensation team, the role's responsibilities will be broad in scope covering all aspects of compensation throughout the global business, but the role will have a particular focus on developing the governance and compliance of the compensation programmes to meet appropriate UK and European regulatory requirements, including AIFMD, MiFID, IFPR and IFD.

This role will further assist in delivering on additional compensation priorities throughout the Europe and APAC business. This could include benchmarking and pay reviews, supporting the business in a compensation partner capacity, and the design and implementation of compensation programmes.

My client will explore both FTC arrangement or day rate (outside of scope of IR35) and will also consider part-time candidates for this opportunity. I am keen to speak to those with Financial Services European Regulatory expertise relating to Remuneration from either an FS or Consultancy environment.
