Compensation Analyst - 12 month FTC
My client, a global Investment Management firm, are recruiting for a Compensation Analyst to join their Reward team on an initial 12 month FTC basis. This role is newly created and is due to increased workload; they require additional compensation support and there is real scope for extension or to become permanent in this role.
Based in the City of London, this Compensation Analyst role will report into the EMEA & APAC Head of Compensation and will be supporting in both global and regional initiatives to support the design, implementation and maintenance of effective compensation programmes. Your role will involve assisting with salary increase and bonus forecasting and reporting for mid-year and year-end compensation processes, taking ownership of the regional salary survey submissions for EMEA and APAC and researching and analysing external market data on compensation trends and best practice approaches in the market.
The successful candidate will be analytically minded with strong excel (VBA, complex formula, working with large data sets) and visualisation tool experience such as tableau or PowerBi. Therefore this will either suit an established Compensation Analyst Specialist who has financial services experience or a strong HR data/MI specialist with expertise in Excel (VBA, complex formula, working with large data sets) who is keen to make the leap into their first Reward role.
