A permanent role remotely managing a HR team and business area from the UK

Client Details

A growing European business operating within the leisure industry.

Description

Reporting into the HR Director you will take the lead HR role for the Swiss arm of the business.

Based in the UK you will remotely manage a team of 5 including a HR Manager, Recruiter, L&D, HR Admin x 2

You will be a trusted HR partner to the Managing Director in order to grow the business, deliver an efficient HR service, drive the People agenda in line with the business objectives including:

  • Culture and values
  • Employer brand and staff retention
  • Talent attraction and recruitment
  • Employee Relations - Swiss employment law
  • Employee engagement and communication
  • Equality, diversity and inclusion
  • People KPI's
  • Employee capability, performance management and employee life cycle
  • Employee welfare
  • Talent and succession planning
  • Legal compliance in line with Swiss law

Profile

  • Is fluent German - essential
  • Is operating at Senior HRBP or Head of HR level responsible for a HR function/team
  • Responsible for delivering a people plan in line with commercial business objectives
  • Has previously delivered on growth, change
  • Is able to travel to Switzerland every 4-6 weeks for 3 days and when required
  • Has working knowledge of Swiss employment law - desirable

Job Offer

  • Salary £60,000 - £70,000k per annum
  • Remote working with requirement to be office based for meetings with head offices based Leeds, London
  • Expensed travel to Switzerland for work requirements
  • 25% non contractual/discretionary bonus
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holiday
