A matrix business partnering key business areas in a strategic role

Client Details

A large matrix organisation going through a period of transformation and change.


Reporting into the Senior HRBP you will be responsible for 2 key business areas of approx 800 employees.

  • In a strategic true Business Partnering role you will Partner the Directors for all aspects of strategic HR including:
  • Bring the People Plan to life and delivering the people strategy in your business area
  • Deliver HR solutions through others due to the sizeable head count
  • Coach, guide and upskill management to drive HR change
  • Manage complex ER casework where the HR Shared Services has escalated
  • Business improvement and developing growing business areas with structures, talent, succession planning
  • Role out key HR initiatives
  • Resource planning for the specific business areas


  • Is immediately available
  • Is operating in a HR Business Partnering role
  • Has previously worked in a large, complex, matrix structured business
  • Is a strategic HRBP
  • Can manage senior stakeholder relationships
  • Can travel as part of the role 2-3 days per week via public transport when restrictions are lifted

Job Offer

  • Salary £50-60k per annum
  • FTC until May 2022
  • 25 days Holiday + BH
  • Bonus up to 10% discretionary
