- Heading up the recruitment function for the business
- Working within, and being fully compliant with, CQC regulations at all times
- Managing the junior team members - overseeing, guiding, developing (4 for this role)
- Assisting with the hands on recruitment of carers and nurses
- Interviewing and selection
