INTERIM L&D BUSINESS PARTNER ROLE - NOTTINGHAM
Your new company
Large public sector body in Nottingham require an experienced L&D Lead/Partner for a period of 3-6 months
Your new role
You will be an experienced L&D Specialist who can lead the planning and implementation of a core L&D programme
You will manage a small team and help them design and deliver training - both in-house and remotely.
You will also be responsible for over-seeing the Apprenticeship programme
Develop and deliver training to senior management
Work with senior management to identify and respond to training needs
Assess the effectiveness of L&D programme
Play an active lead on the implementation and monitoring of the People Development plan.
Develop a culture of effective performance management.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent
Strong background in developing and delivering effective learning and performance management programmes
Strong stakeholder management experience
Experience of delivering cultural change
What you'll get in return
Location- initially remote working then transitioned return to the office ( Nottingham.)
