HR Advisor

Ashley Kate are partnering with a leading and growing business in the Wilmslow area who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their busy team.

The client are experiencing huge growth and need additional generalist support to manage the day to day. They are not just seeking anyone, they want a passionate, innovative and hard working Advisor who is looking for the next step and to grow a rewarding career within HR!
You will be the initial point of contact for general HR queries and will provide HR advice and support to managers and teams across 2 sites. You will also support the function in key HR project and change work, as they continue to . You will support the team with delivering the Learning & Development plan, manage absence levels and support with on boarding and recruitment where required.
What you will be doing:
●Act as first point of contact for HR queries
●Coach/Guide/Support Managers with employee relations
●MI reporting and lead initiatives to address any trends which may appear
●Work on continuous policy improvements
●Advise managers on formal processes and provide HR support throughout
●Own or assist on ad-hoc projects - and there are some exciting projects on the horizon!
●Partner with managers to provide advice and training on policies/processes
●Support with culture initiatives, communications and engagement initiatives
●Support implementation of redundancy and TUPE
●Support delivery of L&D across the site
To be considered you will be an Aspiring HR Advisor, looking for an opportunity to join a business where you can develop a long term career! The business are growing fast and support their HR team in their personal development. You will be CIPD level 5 or studying, and have some previous experience in a HR Advisor level role.
