Immediate start, 6 month FTC, home based

Client Details

A fabulous business, with a global reach are looking for a talented Reward professional to lead a project.

Description

  • Partner with an external provider to project manage the design, delivery and implementation of equity programs (including employee share programs)

  • Project manage the optimisation of existing Long Term Incentive Plan

  • Day to day aspects of the project including detailed project plan, governance, stakeholder management and delivery milestones

  • Lead other complex projects as required and ensure delivery within agreed time frames and within budget

Profile

We are looking for someone who is

Available in the next 4 weeks

Has strong experience of Reward - to include global equity programmes

Strong in a project management role - pace, detail, stakeholder management
