We are currently working with a brilliant organisation on an exciting growth journey, based in Oxford. They are currently looking for a HR & Recruitment Assistant to join their small, fast paced HR department. This is a newly created role, suited to someone looking for the next step in their HR/Recruitment career.
Your new role
As HR & Recruitment Assistant you will be involved with the full employee life cycle. You will be responsible for the on boarding and induction for new starters. You will also assist with all aspects of Recruitment, including screening candidates, completing background checks and arranging interviews. As you progress you will be providing advice to staff on HR policy and procedure.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you will have previous experience working in a fast paced HR team, you will have an excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritise a demanding workload. Previous experience using a HRIS would be an advantage.
