Successful and dynamic Consultancy organisation provision support services to the NHS for programmes & projects are seeking to appoint on a temp to perm basis an enthusiastic IT recruiter to join their Cheshire based team


Your new role
You'll provide effective candidate sourcing and recruitment service for IT & DT contract project roles to support programmes within the NHS, as an enthusiastic and proactive recruiter you'll be familiar with sourcing techniques using ATS, social media and job boards. Also liaising effectively with the team manager client brief. You will have an understanding of where to source the best IT and DT candidates utilising networks and attraction techniques. You'll be highly organised with the ability to perform in volume, fast based recruitment environment committed to providing high service levels.


What you'll need to succeed

• prior experience in a recruitment / resourcing role
• knowledge of recruiting for IT and DT roles
• excellent organisational skills
• strong IT & System skills
• passion for recruitment
• prior knowledge / experience within NHS recruitment advantageous
