Your new role
You will be working as part of a larger HR team to provide a comprehensive HR service to line managers across the business. You will be the first point of contact for all matters relating to resourcing, employee relations, talent and performance management, by guiding and coaching line managers through the full employee life-cycle. Working closely with the L&D teams will also champion the implementation of learning and development within the organisation to drive forward the learning culture.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has managed the full employee life-cycle and is able to engage with senior stakeholders. This is a temporary role for 2-3 months initially, therefore candidates should be available on short notice.
This role will be based at their offices in Solihull with the option to work from home 1-2 days a week.
