They are seeking an HR Generalist to support a busy HR team with all core areas of HR including recruitment and various project work. In order to support that growth, they are recruiting for an HR Generalist to join their People & Culture team and support across all core areas of HR. The role is based from Didsbury and offers flexible working and travel opportunities.
The key responsibilities for the HR Generalist are managing stakeholder relationships, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, responsibility for all employee life cycle matters, training & development, maintaining HR systems, data management, providing advice and guidance on grievance, disciplinary, health & safety and wellbeing matters. The role is based in Didsbury and offers flexible working from home.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- previous experience in an HR generalist role
- knowledge of recruitment processes
- experience of investigating disciplinary and grievance
- excellent communication skills
- ability to influence and guide
- IT literacy with MS office and standard packages
- ability to manipulate data
- proactive and confident manner
