Your new role
The purpose of this role is to diagnose and design individual learning solutions aligned to different disciplines. Key responsibilities also include working with learning paths, our internal capability framework. This includes:
diagnosing learning needs, designing learning content, delivering and evaluating all learning.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience of the full cycle of learning design - diagnosis, design, delivery and evaluation, for face to face, blended and online learning
• Project Management experience - proven ability to operate and lead a project through all its stages, from inception to post investment review
• Stakeholder Management - Particularly managing requirements, helping to clarify needs and priorities, and managing expectations
• Hands on experience of data management and reporting systems
