We are looking to recruit for a well known recruitment organisation based in Manchester City centre for a specialist candidate who can help and support their client contracts. The business are well established and are a global specialist recruitment partner to various large clients across the market.
Your new role
You will work in the global operations team and you will be responsible for managing the contingent workforce process across multiple countries, specifically the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy. effectively this role will manage the client contract team which consists of 12 people and ensure all activity is completed efficiently and to a high standard following various contractual obligations. You will be a strong leader who is quality driven, ensuring consistency and compliance while working in a fast paced environment. The role will be hands-on in all aspects of our team's work. Most of all, you will be customer-service oriented with excellent critical thinking and communication skills.The team are responsible for activities such as onboard, pre employment checks, termination of contracts, managing holidays and reward remuneration, employment contracts, compliance checks and more as well as operational managing the team underneath and being responsible for their performance and development.
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate for this role would either be somebody from a HR shared service type functions who is responsible for recruitment activities including onboarding or alternatively maybe a candidate who has previously worked as an on site recruiter/rpo organisation and been responsible for all compliance and onboarding and managing client relationships
CIPD would be desirable
