I am partnering with an Insurance organisation on a Reward Manager position to start asap. This will be an initial fixed term contract until March 2022. This is the first Reward hire in the organisation and will focus on provide a comprehensive review across all areas of Reward.
Reporting into the Head of HR, this role will partner with C Suite Executives to recommendations for changes to current incentive schemes. Due to the organisations growth, this role will also lead on the product of the first Gender Pay Gap Analysis and conduct and Equal Pay Audit.
In addition this role will review the current benefits providers, introduce a flexible benefits scheme and lead on the annual benchmarking and salary review. There will also need to be development and production of HR analytics/metrics and board reporting metrics in relation to compensation and benefits.
The successful candidate will have
* Significant experience in managing Reward practices within financial services (Insurance industry experience would be advantageous).
* Demonstrable experience in assessing and introducing Reward programmes.
* Highly analytical with the ability to create relevant reporting dashboards for multiple audiences.
* Up to date working knowledge on bonus schemes, LTIP, Healthcare and flexible benefit programmes.
