Senior HR Advisor
Page Personnel HR are working with a client in Crewe to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to support with a 12 month maternity cover. The role will be generalist and get involved with project work surrounding harmonisation of policies, management development, and reward & recognition. This is a good opportunity for an experienced Advisor used to working in fast-paced and changing environment.
Our client are a large and diverse business within the retail industry and operate on a national scale. They are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their People Team and support with a 12 month maternity cover. This is a fast-paced role that will be involved in wider People Strategy and plans. The role is based in Crewe.
The key responsibilities for the Senior HR Advisor are providing Employee Relations and Policy advice over the phone and face to face, supporting line managers on all aspects of the employee life cycle, supporting the wider People Services Team, producing correspondence, managing a high volume ER caseload, building relationships with key stakeholders, writing, updating and implementing people policies, processes and procedures, supporting with change projects, providing people information and metrics from raw data, supporting training and development such as management skills training, coaching and supporting wider team members with their development. The role is based in Crewe.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- previous experience in an HR Advisor role
- good knowledge of employee relations
- used to working in a high-volume, fast-pace enviroment
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to build relationships with people at all levels
- meticulous attention to detail
- proactive and positive approach to work
- CIPD Level 5 desirable or qualified by experience
