Your new role

Due to continued growth my client is looking for a HR Coordinator to join their busy team in Manchester City Centre. Your role will involve both transactional work alongside project-based tasks. You will be responsible in effectively onboarding their contractor base whilst working internally to ensure all processes are followed accurately. The successful candidate will demonstrate a clear understanding of best practice in relation to pre-employment screening methods and processes as well as in depth knowledge of government legislation. As a HR Coordinator you will be responsible for but not limited to ensuring that contractors are fully screened, onboarding, requesting employment references and screening checks i.e. professional qualifications and right to work checks. You must have the ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities whilst keeping to tight deadlines and be a confident communicator at all levels of the business.

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience working within an employment screening function
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise
- Experience of using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
