I have partnered with a global Investment Management in their search for a brand-new Human Capital Coordinator to join their London based HR department. This Human Capital Coordinator position provides front line HR support to the business and employees across Europe & Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire end to end onboarding, including but not limited to:
- Contract preparation
- New starter information superuser via Workday
- Carrying out all new starter activities
- Offboarding employees
- Research, analyse & present HR data and prepare reports for management
- Ensure all relevant HR processes are efficient and fit for purpose
- Assist with planning & implementing HR projects
Skills:
- Degree or CIPD educated
- Previous experience in a fast-paced Financial Services environment
- Strong interpersonal personality
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint & Excel)
- Experience with WorkDay or similar HRIS
