I am delighted to be working along side a manufacturing organisation who is on the look out for a HR Professional to join their small HR function to support the senior leadership team. Within this role you will be involved in all areas of the business - my client is looking for a candidate that is interested in learning about all aspects of their organisation while being the lead in HR.
Your new role
Within your new role you will be involved in all aspects of the organisations as well as HR; wearing multiple hats while supporting the senior leadership team. As the successful candidate you will be a driven and motivated professional who is keen to get stuck into the business (rolling your sleeves up and getting involved).
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Involvement within business projects
- Supporting the business operations and organisations objectives
- Manage the people function
- Supporting and manage the new onboarding process
- Lead and support line managers on recruitment
- Monitor the organisations systems
- Involvement in change & performance management
- Drive and support the culture and environment aspects / change
- Oversee the office
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for consideration within this position you will be an experienced HR Professional with previous experience in a generalist position. You will be eager, driven and motivated to get involved in all areas of the organisation alongside HR responsibilities to learn more about the business and working closely senior managers.
This role is not suitable for HR Professionals who are looking to move into a HR Director role or looking for progression. You will be a crucial member of the senior management team and being part of the small HR function.
