Description
Reporting into the Head of Talent:
- This role is brand new working a part of a wider Talent team.
- You will be recruiting for a diverse range of blue and white collar roles.
- Working with stakeholders across the business.
- Delivering an efficient recruitment service across the business in a direct hire model.
- Supporting and delivering on Talent projects including - employer brand, assessment centre's, Recruitment data and various other projects related to Talent.
Profile
- Is currently working in an Internal Recruitment role
- Has previously delivered on Talent/Recruitment project work including EVP, Assessment centres
- Have worked in a large business with exposure to recruiting blue and white collar roles
- Have excellent stakeholder management
- Is able to be office based in Humberside 2-3 days per week
