I am working with a FTSE listed organisation on a Share Plans, Reward Manager role for an initial 6 month contract in scope of IR35 (PAYE or Umbrella). This role will be heavily focused on Share Plans.

Key responsibilities

* Support the Share Plans Manager with the management of all employee share plans and executive share plans
* Provide support across a range of other Group Reward deliverables including global mobility, employment tax and executive remuneration
* Support and deliver ad hoc projects for the Reward team, as needed
* Develop relationships within the reward community, advise and make recommendations on remuneration issues across the Group

The successful candidate will have

* Relevant experience in a corporate reward function or consultancy, including experience of reward practices and approaches
* Strong understanding of employee share schemes, gained either in a large consultancy, or blue chip in-house function
* Ability to handle working within a pressurised environment, flexibility to cope with competing demands and ability to prioritise and escalate issues appropriately
* Financial services experience will be advantageous
