A global financial services business are currently seeking an HR Generalist on a 6 month basis initially. Supporting front office, this role ensure that all elements of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to development are seamlessly delivered

  • Provide operational advice in all HR related matters, including: employee relations, change management/ OD, headcount budgeting, compensation, performance management, recruitment, talent management, training, termination and data management
  • TUPE transfers, acquisitions and merger
  • GDPR, SMCR support
  • Complex ER including collective consultations
  • Work with business stakeholders to develop people plans
  • Wellbeing
  • Support the process for Graduate, Intern, Apprentice and Returner hiring
  • Support for HR projects - return to work

Candidate requirements:

  • Broad generalist background with experience of working hands on, in fast paced, ever-changing environments
  • Ideally experience of working in financial services with a good understanding of FCA regulations
  • Proactive with drive and enthusiasm
  • Ability to challenge and question stakeholders in a constructive way
  • Problem solver
