We are pleased to be partnering with this global commercial organisation to recruit an Employee Relations Specialist for a 6 month FTC to cover maternity leave. Based out of their prestigious offices in South Birmingham you will be joining a really supportive and engaging team.
Your new role
You will act as the escalation point for all employee relations cases within your client group. You will provide in-depth support and guidance to line managers across the business on various ER case work. Utilising your vast knowledge of ER case work, you will ensure that cases are handled effectively and in line with company policy to minimise risk to the business.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced ER Specialist who has experience of managing cases from escalation up-to potential dismissal. As you will be liaising directly with line managers and employees you will also need excellent communication and influencing skills.
Flexible working options available, with the option to work from home for part of the week.
