Description

The HR Business partner will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with business leaders and managers to develop, drive and deliver HR solutions to maximise people performance, strategy and workforce planning to significantly contribute to towards strengthening business performance
  • To ensure a responsive, commercially focused ER service
  • Supporting the UK HR Director in the implementation of the Global HR Strategy
  • Managing, driving and executing organisational change programmes
  • Shaping and executing the People Plan which includes talent development, reward, organisation design and business change, performance management, ER, and employee engagement.
  • Drive and embed HR Transformation
  • Workforce Planning, Talent & Succession

  • Performance and Reward

Profile

We are looking for the following experience for this HR Business Partner position:

  • Generalist HR knowledge with experience working with: talent development and organisation design, reward, change and performance management, ER, employee engagement and mobilisation support.
  • Experience within a Blue Collar environment
  • Understand the HR function and all processes and policies / its capability to support business objectives.
  • Good understanding of current employment law.
  • Ability to coach line managers to deliver business plans and drive performance and capability improvement within their teams.
  • Able to simplify complex problems, processes or projects into component parts, explore and evaluate them
  • Excellent customer and relationship management skills, including credibility and influence at senior levels business and functions
  • Good commercial acumen
  • Ability to identify & analyse trends, comfortable with qualitative and quantitative data.

Job Offer

£45,000 - £55,000
