Client Details

The client is a membership organisation based in Leicester

Description

As EDI Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Identify, Design, develop and implement EDI strategy within the organisation, with support of the wider organisation and SLT
  • Change champion able to promote and embed cultural change internally and externally
  • Work closely with HR, Recruitment to establish and implement EDI policies and procedures to ensure the organisation is operating in line with best practice
  • Establish EVP and look at recruitment practices within the organisation
  • Work closely with SLT to establish and implement EDI strategy externally and increase awareness and understanding
  • Undertaking research externally and utilising personal network to keep updated with external issues and legislation
  • Identify and highlight any potential risks to the organisation
  • Leading EDI task force and steering committees to encourage participation and thought within the organisation and externally
  • Undertake any other projects as identified by this person to support the EDI strategy

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Have a proven track record in EDI roles
  • Experience working on change management
  • Up to date knowledge of EDI legislation and its impact to the organisation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills especially at the senior level
  • Project Management skills
  • Dynamic and adaptable individual

Job Offer
