This Temp to Perm Payroll Officer role based in the Rickmansworth area operate within the Media and Film industry with a great reputation for providing Payroll services across numerous projects. A great family owned company who stability and flexibility for the right individual

Client Details

Media and Film company who manage the finance and payroll of large scale projects with leading household brands. They are looking for someone on the ball with great attention to detail who can manage multiple projects in the TV and Film industry on predominantly weekly payroll cycles. They have 10-15 payrolls at one one point with the current incumbent stepping into an accounting role and hence able to provide support for someone to get up to speed

Description

Duties and responsibilities for this Temp to Perm Payroll Officer role

  • Manage weekly payroll cycles
  • Manage client payrolls
  • Processing payroll form start to finish
  • Administering payroll changes and handling incoming queries
  • Process improvements
  • Assist the finance team with bookkeeping duties as required
  • Ad Hoc administration duties within payroll and finance

Profile

Payroll Officer Experience, skills and characteristics;

  • Prior Payroll experience of managing payroll from start to finish
  • Any experience managing client or project focused payrolls would be a large bonus
  • Bespoke payroll system usage or comfortable picking up new systems and using Excel
  • Good communicator
  • Team player
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
