Michael Page HR are seeking a People Change Partner or HR Business Partner for a 12 month FTC with the potential to become permanent. The role will focus on the facilitation and delivery of a Change and Transformation Programme and its associated projects.

Operating as a People Change Partner you will have responsibility for leading business-wide change projects. Acting as a champion of change you will act as an internal consultant driving and delivering organisational transformation and change (including culture change). You will build effective business cases and implementation plans for various types of change initiatives for a range of stakeholder groups.
You will be a highly effective and experienced HR Business Partner or People Change Partner with experience gained in the Financial Services sector. Wealth or Investment management is preferable but not essential
As an experienced HR BP / People Change Partner you will have experience leading and delivering Change & Transformation based projects. As an example, you will be required to support the implementation of a new cloud-based payroll/recruitment and HR system. Other potential projects include supporting the organisation's adoption of a truly hybrid working policy.
* Proven track record as an HR Business Partner / People Change Partner
* Track record in building effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
* Ideally, a broad understanding of the regulatory environment in financial services.
* Experience of having managed a range of change initiatives and projects.
Salaried at 50 - 60,000 pa
12 month FTC with potential to become permanent
Initially, you will be working from home but will need to be at a commutable distance from the Liverpool office thereafter. No more than 2 / 3 days per week office-based.
