HR Administrator - 6 month FTC - Possible temp to perm - Southall- To start ASAP

Role involves end to end HR administration, employee life cycle, new starters, leavers, HR queries, recruitment/ vetting support, probation reviews, furlough admin, update spreadsheets.

Renowned food/ bakery supplying to some of the most well known coffee shops in the UK.

Currently the role involves manual processes on excel etc. given the

HR Administrator role supporting a HR BP and HR Manager

Supporting 300 employees by providing HR support

Role involves end to end HR administration, employee life cycle, new starters, leavers, HR queries, recruitment/ vetting support, probation reviews, furlough admin, update spreadsheets.

Currently the role involves manual processes on excel etc. given there is no HR system in place, but there is a plan to implement one

Profile

HR Administrator - 6 month FTC - Possible temp to perm - Southall- To start ASAP

Strong Admin background with high attention to detail and accuracy.
